This task order is to provide radio coverage in Tunnels B, C, & D at Manchester Fuel Depot. Manchester Fuel Depot staff utilize Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) to communicate during operations and maintenance activities. Tunnels B, C, D are not confined spaces. The contractor shall provide, labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the basic contract requirements, incorporated clauses, included drawings, enclosures, references and statements herein: This task order is to provide radio coverage in Tunnels B, C, & D at Manchester Fuel Depot. Manchester Fuel Depot staff utilize Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) to communicate during operations and maintenance activities. Tunnels B, C, D are not confined spaces. All work must be coordinated with on-going operations in the immediate area, in and around building 725, 726 and 727 at Manchester fuel depot. The contractor shall coordinate all laydown areas and access with the government representative. The contractor will contact the government representative within 14 days after award to coordinate submittals and to discuss pre-construction meeting scheduling. All required submittals must be received/accepted by the government prior to the meeting. A pre-construction meeting agenda will be provided by separate correspondence. The Period of Performance shall be 120 days after award. Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction projects: Between $500K and $1M Offerors who determine that the technical and/or contractual requirements of this RFP require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal shall submit all questions in writing via a PPI form and include only one question per form. The PPI format is provided in RFP Enclosure 02. PPIs shall be submitted via email to michael.d.myers38.civ@us.navy.mil and a copy to laura.k.carr2.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions shall be clearly stated, and include the solicitation, specification, or drawing reference and provided in MS WORD format. PPIs will be accepted up to 13 December 2024. Responses to all PPIs received by the cut-off date will be published via amendment to the solicitation.
