Description

Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Bremerton, Washington. Working plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

The project consists of the construction of a new facility that will house the District's Maintenance, Transportation, and IT Departments, including new Warehouse and Vehicle Maintenance facilities, and the demolition of the existing structure on-site. Bremerton School District (BSD) requests statement of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Progressive Design-Build Teams in accordance with RCW 39.10.300 for the Consolidated Facilities Replacement project.
