Renovation of a golf course in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The scope of work includes electrical improvements for the installation of electric golf cart chargers for a complete project as shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Mike Piszynski in writing to mpiszynski@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only through January 10, 2025. If a bid is accepted, a Surety Bond (aka Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bond), payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction. A Surety Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount is required by Statute prior to beginning construction on all projects where the Contract Sum is $150,000 or more and may be required for projects $150,000 or less at the discretion of the Naperville Park District. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in January/February 2025. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible Bids or to reject all bids and waive any informality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Park District.
