BID SECURITY: Required BONDS: Required Existing building is available for viewing only by contacting Corey Arment, Building & Grounds Director (641) 821-5685 a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The Project Contractor(s) shall have restricted use of Project site for construction operations during construction period. Owner will maintain certain operations in and on the site during construction operations. No street closings are anticipated at this time but should they be required manner and scheduling will be limited by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Contractor's use of Project site is otherwise limited only by Owner's right to perform work or to retain other contractors on portions of Project. B. Contractors shall use existing driveways to the site for access and shall protect street and driveways from damage during construction and repair or replace any paving damaged during construction.
