Site work for a swimming pool in Platteville, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The City of Platteville is soliciting statements of qualifications for the selection of architectural/engineering (AE) firms interested in providing professional services for the project listed in this RFQ. The intent of the City is to enter into a contractual agreement with an AE to assist in a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The AE will work in conjunction with the City and the Construction Management Team to assist in the completion of the design, engineering, and provide construction services to build the project. The City of Platteville is seeking professionals to assist in the study, and possible design and construction, of a new outdoor family aquatic facility and related site improvements. The City's existing pool vessel has failed and is inoperable. The City is interested in reconstructing a recreational aquatic center for the community on the existing site. All technical questions concerning the RFQ must be submitted in writing to Robert Lowe at the above address or by email to: lower@platteville.org The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to request additional information from consultants submitting qualifications. The City reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and the right, in its sole discretion, to accept the qualifications it considers most favorable to the City's interest. The City further reserves the right to reject all qualifications and seek new qualifications when such procedure is deemed reasonable and in its best interest.
