The Work Shall Generally Consist of: Rehabilitation of Wwtp Lagoons 3 & 4 by Clearing and Grubbing Existing Bottom, Hauling/disposal of Debris, Replacing Canal Gates, Patching/repairing Concrete Walls, Crack Sealing Concrete Walls, Installing Synthetic Liner, Replacing Inlet/outlet Pipes; Replacing Perimeter Fence and Gates. This Project is Wholly or Partially Funded With United States Environmental Protection Agency Funds, and Therefore Must Comply With All Federal Requirements Contained in the Supplemental Conditions. Neither the United States Nor Its Department's Agencies or Employees is or Will Be Party to This Invitation for Bids or Any Resulting Contract.
