Engineering - 30th St NW Reconstruction Phase 1 GP 1488 The City of Canton intends to contract for engineering design services for a proposed roadway reconstruction project. 30th St NW Reconstruction Phase 1 GP 1488 Project Description 30 th St NW Reconstruction Phase 1 GP 1488 - The work will include detailed design roadway reconstruction with curbs, sidewalks, drive approaches, storm sewer adjustments as required, possible water line replacement, and other related improvements. Overall 30 th St NW Reconstruction project is to be designed in phases to accommodate available funding, this will be Phase 1. Professional Services Needed The scope of services may include, but are not limited to: o Survey o Plan & profile development o Cross sections o Construction details o General & technical notes/specifications o Easement development o Coordination with utilities and other reviewing agencies as needed o Engineering estimates o Ohio EPA PTI submittals o Project Site Plan and/or Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan development o Ohio EPA Notice of Intent (NOI)/Storm water General Construction Permit Submittals o Other service as necessary Question Deadline 01/14/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Please direct all questions regarding this request for qualifications in writing by Questions may be submitted via the sourcing tool or to: Purchasing@cantonohio.gov. Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.65-153.73 based on the above criteria. The City will then commence fee and contract negotiations with the selected firm most qualified to perform the services for each separate project as described above. The final scope of engineering services will also be established during these negotiations. The City of Canton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed most beneficial to the City of Canton.
