Reference Number 0000371465 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: 4 Question Deadline 01/08/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Scope: The work to be performed will consist of the supply and installation of various materials and equipment to install, repair or upgrade traffic signal installations and perform preventative maintenance at various locations in the City. This Contract is for both planned signal work and emergency signal work. Work will be requested from the City on an as-needed basis. Minimum Qualifications: Bids will be considered only from contractors who are regularly established in the industry of providing traffic signal, upgrades, maintenance, and emergency service, financially responsible, and have experienced personnel able to perform the required service. The Contractor: Must be established for 3 or more years in traffic signal maintenance, have key staff with a minimum of 3 years' experience, and have performed traffic signal maintenance work during this time. Must have facilities located within 1 1/2 hour drive time to Longmont. Must have at least one staff member with IMSA Level 3 Traffic Signal Technician Certification that will be available for this project as required. The Contractor(s) must demonstrate the ability to provide adequate staff and equipment for these services. The City of Longmont reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid; reject any Bid, in whole or in part; to adjust the quantity of Work to be done as mandated by budgetary requirements; and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bids received; when it is in the City's best interest to do so.
