Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The improvement includes new traffic signal system, vehicle detector loops, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalks, PCC Curb and Gutter, PCC median, pavement markings, traffic signage and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 672-109/162, located on Keosauqua Way from 9th Street to 12th Street and the intersection of 9th Street and Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than November 30, 2025, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $1,100,000.00 Preletting Conference. None. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
