Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Franklin, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project is generally described in two scopes, Low-Roof work scope, and High-Roof work scope. The Low-Roof work scope includes tear-off to the existing deck and replacement with a new TPO roof assembly. The High-Roof work scope includes removal and replacement of a metal roof system including added insulation to meet R-30.
