Bids for the Devonshire Aquatic Center Partition Replacement The scope of work includes the replacement of the Devonshire Aquatic Center bathhouse partitions located at 4334 Greenwood Street. The Work of this project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. A prevailing wage determination has been made for the Park District by IDOL for public works projects in Cook County. The contract entered into for the work will be drawing in compliance with said law and proposals should be prepared accordingly and provide payment for all laborers, workmen and mechanics needed to perform the work at no less than the prevailing rate of wages for each craft, type of worker or mechanic. The Skokie Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities in the bidding if it should be deemed in the public's best interest. The timeline for this project to start is September 15th, 2025.
