Integrated Water Planning and Preliminary Engineering Report for La Cienega, La Cieneguiila and El Canon Community Springs Restoration Santa Fe County requests proposals from qualified vendors or firms from qualified Planning and Engineering Consultants to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report to protect the traditional water resources of the La Cienega and La Cieneguiila communities. The preliminary report will be prepared with a holistic view of the local watersheds to inform community considerations related to water supply and demand, traditional agriculture and ranching, wastewater treatment, natural water systems (e.g., springs, wetlands, vernal pools, aquifers, etc.), landscape ecology, climate change and adaptation strategies, and resilience to include traditional ecological knowledge (e.g., flood, drought, fire, invasives, etc.). All proposals submitted shall be valid for ninety (90) days subject to action by the County. Santa FeCounty reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part orin whole. A completed proposal shall be submitted in a sealed container indicating the proposal title and number along with the Offeror's name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container. All qualified Offerors willreceive considerationof contract(s) without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, ancestry,age, physical and mental handicap, serious medical condition,disability, spousal affiliation, sexual orientation or gender identity.
