Site work for a civil project in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of April 25, 2025, the project was awarded to Spiess Construction Company Inc/SCCI but the awarded amount is not available.** Project Description: This project consists of the installation of approximately 4,400 LF of 8-inch SDR 35 and 1,611 LF of 8-inch PVC C900 gravity sewer with 22 manholes. Trench dewatering will be required for a portion of the installation, and there is a 160 LF jack and bore road crossing with 16-inch casing pipe. Sewer service will be extended to nine (9) existing homes and tribal buildings currently using individual septic systems by installing approximately 1,645 LF of 4-inch PVC SDR-26 sewer service lines, including cleanouts. Existing septic tanks for the nine homes and buildings will be pumped empty, demolished, filled and abandoned.
