As of February 3, 2026, this project is in the construction documents phase. An architect has been selected. Information on the general contractor has not been released. A firm construction timeline has not been established at this point in time. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract for the purchase of Design Professional Services based on the scope of work described below. All potential Offerors are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Request for Proposals (RFP). The State Fire Marshal has determined the need for a comprehensive training center for the State of New Mexico in Santa Fe, New Mexico for fire responders.
