Floor Repair and Refinishing at Corker Hill House Any Person Needing an Accommodation in Order to Gain Access to or Participate in the Meeting Should Call (717) 263-9160 Prior to the Meeting Date. All Meetings Are Open to the Public. Greene Township Board of Supervisors. Proposals Must Be Submitted on Forms Provided by the Municipality. The property is located at 1237 Garver Lane. The structure is a three-story Federal Style Brick home built between 1810 and 1820 and is known asthe Corker Hill Mansion House. The Corker Hill Mansion House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places of the U.S. Department of the Interior. There are two sheds located on the property. Scope of Work (Base Bid): Corker Hill House: 1. Refinish the first and second floors. 2. Repair or replace damaged molding or trim. 3. Repair or replace damaged flooring. 4. Refinish stairwell first and second floors. 5. Refinish third flight of stairs. 6. All floors sanded and three coats of Dura Seal water-based sealer.
