Solicitation Number: W912DR26RA037 Contract No: W912DR20D0001, W912DR26RA0370002 New construction of a 57,955 square foot Missile Munitions Distribution Facility warehouse, including a 4,614 square foot canopy on the inbound dock side, to support missile and munitions distribution operations. The facility includes associated administrative support functions. Adjacent to the warehouse, a 568 square foot Vehicle Storage Building will be constructed for charging and storing forklifts supporting the mission. Work also includes associated site development such as earthwork, best management practices, fencing, roadways, and hardstand areas required for the loading and unloading of munitions. The project further includes construction of a Rail Classification Yard consisting of approximately 8,000 linear feet of rail siding and a suspect track used for monitoring and inspection of compromised rail cars. Adjacent to the rail yard, a 327 square foot Munitions Operations Management Building will be constructed for mission personnel to perform administrative duties associated with rail classification operations. Additional site development includes earthwork, culvert extensions, unpaved roadways, rail beds, and all incidental and related work necessary to support mission requirements.
