The Town of Lincoln will accept bids for the preparing, mowing, raking and clean-up of certain grassed areas owned by the Town. The term of this contract will be for three years with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms. The Town will make an award to the lowest responsible and responsive vendor within ten (10) business days of the acceptance of the responses. The lowest price will be determined by the total contract price as reported on the Response Sheet provided. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids if deemed in the Town's best interest to do so, or to waive any informalities. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to apply.
