The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to design, supply, and install an outdoor fitness studio, near the Baseball field on the CSUSM Campus. The project aims to create a versatile, durable, and user-friendly fitness space that caters to a wide range of fitness activities and user groups. Scope of Work The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks: Design: Create a detailed design plan for an outdoor fitness studio. The plan should include the layout, equipment selection, indoor and outdoor LED lighting, security cameras, sound system, roll-up doors, the option for a television, sports/baseball turf flooring for both\ indoor and outdoor areas, a dedicated electrical sub-panel, and any required infrastructure. CSUSM's preferred size is 40 feet. If other size options are available, please provide information on them. Equipment Supply: Provide high-quality, durable fitness equipment suitable for outdoor use. This may include but is not limited to, pull-up bars, squat racks, benches, cardio machines, and functional training equipment. Installation: Responsible for properly positioning the unit and all associated equipment on the existing concrete pad. Training and Support: Offer initial training for staff on the use and maintenance of the equipment, as well as ongoing support and maintenance services.
