See Exhibit A for detailed Scope of Work. City Offices are closed alternate Fridays and Holidays. It is the Proposer's sole responsibility to contact the City's online bid management provider (at 818-992-1771) to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including (but not limited to) registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading/downloading documents, submitting an electronic Proposal, etc. Bid documents are available for download free of charge. You must be a registered vendor to download documents. Hiring Local (where applicable) - To the extent feasible and as permitted by law, vendors and contractors are requested to first consider the use of San Marcos businesses for any supplies, materials, services and equipment needed and the hiring of local residents in order to stimulate the San Marcos economy to the greatest extent possible. Use of Contract by Other Government Agencies. At the option of the Successful Proposer or Bidder ("Contractor"), the use of the contract resulting from this solicitation may be extended to any other city, county, special district, department, agency, office, political subdivision, or governmental agency (individually and collectively "Government Agency"). There is no guarantee of usage by any other Government Agency and if so, shall be done independent of the City.
