SBA Roof Replacement - Susan B. Anthony Building - GC Bid The scope of work for this project will include, but not limited to; Susan B. Anthony (SBA) building - removal of existing built up roof to existing concrete deck, including removal of existing photo voltaic system. Removal and replacement of existing mechanical and plumbing associated with the roof. Installation of a new PVC roof with tapered insulation. At the lower patio area, removal includes the pavers and installation of new pavers. This project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted.
