Flooring: Installation of flooring throughout designated areas in the building. Wall Repair: Patching, plastering and repairing damaged walls throughout the building. Window Sealing: Sealing and weatherproofing windows to improve energy efficiency and prevent drafts. City Hall Main Level (roughly 1,535 ft2) Carpet in this area needs to be removed and replaced with a type of high grade/ quality waterproof vinyl plank flooring. The office furniture with be removed by the city. You will need to provide a means of disposing of debris and discarded materials. Pictures of area are attached. City Hall 3rd Floor (roughly 450ft2) 10-12' height Remove old plaster wall and replace with drywall, mud and finish, paint.
