The City of Lebanon, Missouri ("The City") invites bids from qualified organizations to complete the installation of garage doors at the EMS Facility located at 100 Harrison Ave, Lebanon, MO 65536. This bid shall include all material equipment, labor, fuel and project management required to complete this project as specified herein for the City of Lebanon. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Provide material, equipment, labor, fuel and project management to complete the installation of one (1) 10x12 garage door and installation of one (1) 12x12 garage door at the EMS Facility located at 100 Harrison Ave, Lebanon, MO 65536. This bid shall include all material, equipment, labor and/or services required to complete this project as set forth in these documents. Work shall include but not limited to the following: Door 1 o This will be the replacement of the existing 10x12 door. o This bid is for a new panel door with a new track and new electric motor. o Door shall be white in color, windowed and insulated. Door 2 o Door 2 is currently a 10x12 that will need to be converted to a 12x12. o This shall include all the materials to open the existing door opening. o Contractor shall be responsible for the needed demolition, new door frame and repair all exterior metal and trim to install a complete 12x12 white in color, windowed, insulated door. o Bid shall also include a new track and electric motor. Additional Requirements o The two (2) garage doors being replaced shall match the existing door that is not being replaced. o The bid shall include all hardware and materials needed for the installation of two (2) new garage door systems at the EMS Building located at 100 Harrison Ave, Lebanon, MO 65536.
