Renovation of a municipal facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Manitowoc County is requesting bids for replacement of Rooftop HVAC units and their associated VVT Standard Carrier Controls at the Manitowoc County Highway Department Building, 3500 STH 310, Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54220. Technical questions must be submitted in written form to the Manitowoc County Highway Department via email richardtulachka@manitowoccountvwi.gov no later than Monday February 10th, 2025. Scope All ofthe Work for this Project will be awarded to a single contractor. The Contractor will be responsible for disconnecting, removal and proper disposal ofthe existing units with updated units of similar design and capacity installed. This includes any associated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, roofing, or general construction work that is required to complete the project.
