The Authority is requesting qualifications and proposals from individuals and/or firms for the following contract(s) for the year 2023: Special Projects Engineering Contract(s). The qualifications and proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, et. seq February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 For additional information contact: Melissa Bailey, Authority Secretary, Lower Township Municipal Utility Authority, 2900 Bayshore Road, Villas, New Jersey, 08251, Telephone: 609-886-7146. One (1) original hard copy and one (1) PDF digital copy of qualifications and proposals must be submitted on or before time and may be submitted either by mail or in person by the prospective contractor or his agent. Qualifications and proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "Qualifications and Proposal for 2025 Special Projects Engineering Contract(s)" and the envelope also shall have plainly marked on it the name and address of the prospective contractor. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
