Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of North Bay is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Premier Road Sidewalk Program, all in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The Deliverables provide for the installation of sidewalks including but not limited to: - Traffic control and signage. - Removal of existing infrastructure - Installation of underground storm sewer infrastructure - Partial and full depth asphalt removal - Installation of granular base and sub-base materials - Restoration of asphalt roads - Concrete curb and gutter - Concrete sidewalk. - Grading - Restoration of driveways and yards - Ditching - Line painting. - Topsoil and nursery sod, and - Other ancillary items indicated in the Schedule of Prices Documents can be obtained at: https://cityofnorthbay.bidsandtenders.ca
