Prepared Rock Ballast Ontario Northland is seeking proposals for the supply of prepared rock ballast for the 2025 work season. Ontario Northland will enter into an agreement with the Successful Respondent for an Initial Term ending December 31, 2025. If the Supplier has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement to the satisfaction of Ontario Northland prior to the expiry of the Initial Term, Ontario Northland shall have the option, exercisable upon written notice to the Supplier on or before the date that is thirty (30) days prior to the expiry of the Initial Term, to extend the term of this agreement for a period expiring (unless earlier terminated in accordance with this agreement) on December 31, 2026.
