Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in North Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of North Bay is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Premier Road Sidewalk Program, all in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The Deliverables provide for the installation of sidewalks including but not limited to: - Traffic control and signage. - Removal of existing infrastructure - Installation of underground storm sewer infrastructure - Partial and full depth asphalt removal - Installation of granular base and sub-base materials - Restoration of asphalt roads - Concrete curb and gutter - Concrete sidewalk. - Grading - Restoration of driveways and yards -Ditching - Line painting. - Topsoil and nursery sod, and - Other ancillary items indicated in the Schedule of Prices The Bidder agrees to achieve Completion (as per GC 1.06) of the whole by no later than the following: 1. November 14, 2025 - Completion of Commerce Cresent Phases 1 and 2 as detailed on the drawings including paving of all disturbed area prior to seasonal shutdown. 2. October 16, 2025 - Completion of the whole of the Work comprising the Contract, given the written order to commence work from the Engineer has been provided to the Contractor by March 12, 2025.
