Wells Curtice IRA - Kitchen Design & CA Services 7. Design Vendor shall provide (2) sets of 24" x36" blueprints upon completion, mailed to POC, listed above. 8. Design Proposal shall include: a. A time schedule for the Design Services based on current workload within the Design Firm. b. A Probable Construction Cost Estimate, based on current pricing, materials and supplies. 9. Generalized Statements required by OPWDD POC for protection of Service Recipients and Operations, on a case-by-case basis. Include CA Services. Thee visits consisting of an initial meeting with the contractor, a visit during the construction to ensure the work is being performed correctly, and a final visit ensuring that the job is properly completed. OPWDD will not provide payment Services until project is Completed and Permitted Contract term: 30 days after completion of project Location: 5580 Wells Curtice Rd, Canandaigua, NY 14424 The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to Design a Kitchen & CA Services at our Wells-Curtice IRA located at 5580 Wells-Curtice Rd, Canandaigua, NY 14424. The Design Vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete a fully comprehensive drawing design and specification generation of the services required in a professional manner. Refer to the attached specifications (if applicable) for the following OPWDD Requirements of the Project Scope of Work. All projects are subject to Environmental Surveying, which shall be conducted outside this Scope of Work and shall be completed before work commences on all properties. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: A. Design Services: 1. Reference attached specific OPWDD Requirements (if applicable) of the Renovations/Replacements being designed. (eg: Kitchen, Bathroom, Roof, FACP, Generator, Sidewalks, Windows, Abatement, etc.) 2. Drawing Designs and Specifications are to be in accordance with: a. 14 NYCRR 635, Subpart 635-7 b. 19 NYCRR 1201 and 1204. c. OPWDD Specifications, d. NFPA (NFPA 101 - Life Safety Code) e. NYS Uniform Building Code, f. NYS Environmental and Energy Code Regulation Compliance. g. NFPA 101A - Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety.
