Reference Number 0000372752 Ontario County Rt. 364 Sidewalk and Bike Path Project . This contract is for the construction of 212 linear Feet of 8' wide concrete sidewalk & 2,077 linear feet of 12' wide asphalt multi-use trail along Route 364 installed behind the curb or grass buffer. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % -- Each bid shall include Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid offered by the bidder. Said bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, bond, or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be included with the bid submittal. This project includes a 5% DBE Participation Goal and EEO goals for Women (6.9%) and Minorities (8.3%). The DBE and EEO goals will need to be submitted and tracked for this PIN.
