The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor questions pertaining to Solicitation 36C24225Q0447. See attachment "Amendment 0002 Vendor Site Visit Questions - Answered.docx." This firm fixed price solicitation is for the Annual Full Service, Inspection, Load Bank and Fuel Testing of Six (6) Station Wide Generators located at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424, from 04/01/2025 to 04/31/2026, to include four (4) option years. This requirement is being solicited as a SDVOSB Set-Aside procurement using NAICS code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5 Million.
