As of January 29, 2026, a design firm has been selected for this solicitation. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Professional engineering and design services to prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the construction of a new 40 bay bus storage facility and bus wash in the parking area adjacent to the existing RTS Ontario facility NY located at 2930 County Road 48, Canandaigua, NY 14424. This contract is supported through a combination of Federal, New York State and RGRTA funds. Therefore, there is a 3.22% DBE goal assigned to this solicitation. Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
