If needed, the final addendum for this bid will be issued on Tuesday March 25,2025. Canandaigua Fire Department operates Fire Station #1, located at 335 S Main Street, in the City of Canandaigua. The City of Canandaigua would like to repave/resurface the parking lot, as it has reached the end of its useful service life. The bidder shall provide services to repave/resurface the roughly 24,000 SF parking lot within City property lines at the Fire Station. The image below shows the property lines at the Fire Station, and the pavement contained within this property line should be repave/resurfaced. The same area of parking lot is to be maintained via this project, and the same area & parking spaces should be re-striped at the conclusion of the project a. Scope of work is for Removal of the existing HVAC system, and installation of new heat pumps and replacement of water heater per the specs and scope of work included in the bid document. b. The work shall commence not later than the 17 th of June, 2024 and shall progress with due diligence and in the order and manner in which the City through its Department Head may reasonably require. c. It is understood and agreed between the parties hereto that no claim for damages or extra work shall be made in connection with this work except such as may be ordered in writing by the Department Head of the City with the approval, by resolution of the Canandaigua City Council and further evidenced by the execution of a supplemental agreement between the City and the Contractor. d. It is further understood and agreed that title to all materials delivered upon the work paid for or partly paid for by the City shall vest in and become the property of the City
