Renovation of a multi-residential development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
DESC seeks licensed and bonded Fire Life Safety Company for a smoke detector upgrade. This work will include a new fire panel, new smoke detectors, etc. This project, will be subject to State Prevailing Wage requirements. DESC invites licensed and bonded Fire Life Safety Companies in Washington State to submit a proposal for a full fire system upgrade at our Interbay location. The selected company will be responsible for coordinating and performing all necessary tasks related to the fire panel replacement including coordinating with any lower subcontractors they plan to use. DESC will evaluate proposals based on the qualifications of the proposed team and their alignment with DESC's mission and values. DESC will shortlist top proposals and may request meetings to further assess the suitability of candidates.
