Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Roswell, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of Work: The scope of work will include but not be limited to installation of automatic fire sprinkler and suppression systems and all related work at three (3) buildings which are the Occupational Training Center, Physical Education Center and Arts and Science Center. Related Work includes all pavement, concrete walk, wall and ceiling cutting and patching. Replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles and/or grid, and hard ceiling repair, including all texturing, patching and painting to match existing shall be included. Bidders are advised that the following is included in the contract: 1) Liquidated damage clause. 2) State Wage Rates. 3) Public Works and Apprenticeship and Training Act. 4) Resident bidder preferences applicable to qualified New Mexico Contractors. 5) Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall be required from the Prime Contractor. 6) Contractors and all tiers of subcontractors whose bids are $60,000 or more must be registered with the Labor & Industrial Division of the New Mexico Labor Department. ENMU-R reserves the right (1) to award bid(s) received individually or in whole: (2) to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, (3) to waive any or all technicalities or irregularities in the bid(s) and (4) to accept the bid(s) that is deemed most advantageous to the University. The sub-bidders will be refunded their deposit by returning set in good condition no more than 14 days after bids have been opened.
