**As of July 7, 2025, the project was awarded to Enviroworks LLC, with an awarded amount of $3,274,145.18.** Scope of Work: This Project Consists of Extension of City Wastewater System and Includes Installation of Approximately 17,120' of 4" Hdpe Force Main, as Well as Construction of a Lift Station Site Including Site Prep Work, Manholes, Pumps, Piping, Electrical, Backup Generator, Scada, and Associated Work the City of Roswell Questions Will Be Received via Email by 5:00 P.m. Phase 1 includes the work required to install a 4 inch HDPE force main wastewater line and Lift Station. The wastewater line alignment starts at the lift station which will be located approximately 500 feet north of Y O Road about 3000 feet off the southwest corner of Y O Road as seen on the drawing. The wastewater line runs northbound, parallel to Y O Road, for approximately 5250 feet (more or less) and then connects with the pipe north of Hangar 91. All of the work involved in Phase I Schedule I construction will be outside of the Runway Safety Area. Refer to the CSPP drawing for further information.
