The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Forestry Division, requires the services of an Operator to cut interfering woody vegetation on a location containing 149 acres within four blocks. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, superintendence, miscellaneous items, and performing all work necessary to complete the project to the satisfaction of and subject to the approval of the Commission. All contractors, subcontractors and consultants of the Buyer must be pre-approved by the Commission. The Commission reserves the right to reject any subcontractor at its sole discretion. If Contractor enters any subcontract(s) not previously approved by the Commission, the Commission shall have the right to require the Contractor to terminate such contracts. Project Location(s): N41.3934249, W-76.1313806 / N41.4129548, W-76.164450 1. Approximately 149 acres within four blocks on the State Game Lands identified in the attached matrix. 2. Counties Included: Wyoming 3. Townships Included: Forkston and Noxen 4. NE Region 5. Project is accessed by T-313, Wilson Road. PGC owned Cider Run Road and Southbrook Road are no winter maintenance. Cider Run Road is opened seasonally from 9-21-2024 to 2-1-2025 and from 4-25-2025 to 6-1-2025. As further guarantee of faithful performance of the conditions set forth in this contract, the Contractor hereby agrees to furnish the Commission with Certified Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or other security acceptable to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, in the sum of $5,000.00. The Contract shall commence upon execution and receipt of the purchase order and continue until June 30, 2025.
