Replacement of 970 of 8 and 85 of 6 cast iron pipe with 970 of 8 and 85 of 6 C900 DR14 PVC pipe and appurtenances along Connie Drive, Ross Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidders Bond or certified check in favor of the West View Water Authority, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the conditions of the contract in case of award. For information relating to pre-qualifications, please contact the Authority at 931-3292 No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after same has been submitted to the West View Water Authority. All bidders are to be prequalified prior to bidding. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and to reject any or all bids.
