Addition and Renovation at the Roachdale Public Library located at 100 E. Washington Street, Roachdale, Indiana. A combined bid for Site Development, General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Work will be accepted. The work consists of construction of a 2,592 sq. ft. addition at the Roachdale Public Library. A combined bid for the project as shown on the plans and called for in the specifications, is to be submitted on the State Board of Accounts Form #96, Bid for Public Works. This form must be filled out in its entirety. Also, to be submitted is the form Work Schedule, Addendum Acknowledgment, and Alternate Bid Sums Question Deadline 10/31/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. B. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
