Site work for a mixed-use development in Fernie, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Corporation of the City of Fernie (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the for the maintenance repair of the Fernie Park aveneue bridge. Repair damaged concrete curb - remove cracked/spalled sections and reinstate with new reinforced concrete section. See appendix B 2.10, 2.11,2.12 Repair concrete girder - investigate depth of crack to avoid damage to existing pre-stressed strands. Remove cracked/spalled sections and reinstate with new reinforced concrete section with high strength concrete. See appendix B2.7,2.8 Replace guardrail post - remove damaged post and replace with new post.
