Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Fernie, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Renovate the staff/student lounce at our Fernie Campus. Question Deadline 04/29/2025 at 11:00 AM PT Scope includes, but not limited to: new drywall (potential removal of existing) Demo millwork remove old ceiling tiles and potenitally drop ceiling as well and replace with flat white 2x2 tiles Remove and replace ceiling lights (new style attached) remove and abate flooring (hazardous material test will need to be conducted) install new millwork install new flooring install tile backsplash install new sink and faucet install new dishwasher (purcahse of dishwasher through the college) electrical outlets to be installed throughout room (to be coordinated prior to bid) All electrical capacity will need to be determined prior to bidding by the awarded contractor All plumbing will need to be determined prior to bidding and is the responisbitly of the awarded contractor
