The connection of Parley's Trail from State Street to 300 W, including surveying, drafting of concept and construction plans, and providing assistance during bidding and construction The redesign of the cross section of Central Pointe Place between State Street and Main Street, including surveying, drafting of concept and construction plans, and providing assistance during bidding and construction Design of a multimodal facility which will connect Parley's Trail to a planned future East entrance to the Central Pointe Station located at the West end of W Utopia Ave. The City reserves the right to reject all submissions or to waive any informality in any submissions if deemed in the best interest of the City.
