Remove and replace the roof system with a 30-year single-ply commercial roof system (mechanically attached except where concrete roof deck occurs). Assume new R-30 min. insulation, 1/2" cover board, and 80 mil PVC membrane. Provide new roof-to-roof secured transfer ladders, fall protection railing & satellite dish standoff posts. Remove and replace the existing primary and secondary roof drains with new drain bodies. Additive Alternates: N/A Notes/Additional Information: Occupied building. Construction to occur within the approved construction window. Roof materials must be removed and replaced each work day. NO exceptions. Work with PM and Stakeholders for loud demolition noise prior to execution of work. Contractor is responsible for construction schedule with milestones and must provide 3 week lookahead schedule at each OAC meeting.
