renovation/replacement of a portion of sidewalk on South Main & Ashley St in Dyer, Tennessee. Additional information is available from Ashlee Starkey at 731-692-3767. The City of Dyer reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids and to permit any exceptions. The work described consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services and performing all work required to, as directed, prepare subgrade, rehabilitate the subbase, install gravel base to repair/level the sidewalk base. Place a uniform wearing surface in accordance with these specifications on the following sidewalks: Sidewalks & Wall Quantity (SF) South Main Street & Ashley St Sidewalk 975 Retaining Wall 260 Total 1235 The quantities of work identified in the table above are estimated and may vary with actual field applications. The contractor is responsible for verifying quantities to prepare their bid. The work described shall be all in accordance with TDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.
