Bid question deadline: January 20, 2025 This is a design/build for the new Gallatin County Justice Center located at 515 South 16 th Ave in Bozeman Montana. Building is a single-story, with a mezzanine, 67,000 sqft. o Four district courts o Two justice courts o Youth court and probation o Standing Master o Clerks of Court o Self Help Law Center o Public Community and Jury Assembly Room o Security/Facilities Office Requirements o Provide a DAS designed to support carriers for: o AT&T o T-Mobile o Verizon o Provide DAS to enhance the 800 MHz public safety radio system o Vendor/Partnershall ensure section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2019, is utilizing "covered telecommunications equipment orservices". o Coverage and Capacity heat maps should be provided for both DAS systems being proposed. o Keeping the aesthetics of the six court rooms is essential. Antennas and wiring should remain outside of the court rooms. All equipment and locations must be approved by owner. o Demonstrated experience deploying DAS solutions in large and complex buildings. o Project and installation work may be completed during normal work days/hours however with court in session, there may be a time where after hours needs to be utilized to complete installation if there would be interruption to court proceedings. o Contractor is responsible for all patching/repairing and any roof penetrations must be completed so not to affect the roof warranty.
