Site work for a water / sewer project in Walton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate Sealed BIDS for construction of the Catalina Drive & Plum Street Water Line Replacements and JohnStreet Water Line Extension, consisting of approximately 2,300 LF of 6- Inch PVC C-900 water line and otherassociated appurtenances. CONTRACT shall be completed within 180 calendar days after date of authorization to start work.Any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. The City of Walton reserves the right to reject any and allbids and waive informalities. The award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. ***Document Note: Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above,the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the BiddingDocuments are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the BiddingDocuments. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither the Ownernor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any,obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Plans purchased by one party and bid by another party willnot be accepted.
