Southaven Community Development District (District) will accept proposals from all qualified companies interested in providing landscape and irrigation maintenance services. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. In order to submit a bid, each bidder must (1) be authorized to do business in Florida, (2) hold all required state and federal licenses, including those with St. Johns County, in good standing; and (3) have at least three (3) years experience with similar in size landscape maintenance projects. All proposers should acquire a copy of the Project Manual prior to the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package and shall clearly identify the project as Southaven Community Development District - Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance Services Proposal.
