The Supplier must provide a start-up by a company representative once The Contractor completes the Installation at an agreed upon date. 1. QTY Two (2) Sulzer XFP100G-CB1.270-PE210/4, 28.2hp, 3-phase 460v; or Flygt 4" NP3171.185/454, 30 hp, 3-phase 460V 2. QTY One (1) Mix-Flush Valve 3. QTY One (1) Multitrode level probe 4. QTY Two (2) ENM mechanical floats, each with 65' of float cable 5. QTY Two (2) 2" 316 Stainless-Steel upper guide rail brackets 6. QTY One (1) 316 Stainless-Steel cable holder 7. QTY Four (4) 2" diameter 316 Stainless-Steel guide rails, 25' lengths 8. QTY Four (4) 2" 316 Stainless-Steel mid rail brackets 9. QTY Two (2) 25' 316 Stainless-Steel pump lifting chains 10. QTY One (1) 42"x60" 300# Aluminum Access Cover; 316 Stainless-Steel anchor bolts, with epoxy 11. QTY One (1) Duplex 30 hp, 3-phase, 460 V control panel to SJCUD Standards, with MPE pump controller 12. QTY One (1) 316 Stainless-Steel fused disconnect 13. QTY One (1) 316 Stainless-Steel demarcation box per 2023 revised SJCUD standards; 14. Must include any other materials and appurtenances necessary for pump installation according to SJCUD Standards.
