**As of February 17, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** St. Johns County is soliciting quotes from qualified Suppliers to provide all supplies, equipment, and labor to rebuild the conveyor belt located at the SR16 Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 3000 Industry Center Road, St. Augustine, FL 32084 as specified herein. - Remove all existing components and reuse the conveyor frame. - Remove and replace flat carrier idlers, stub rollers/guides, and a drive package assembly and drive system: includes Gearbox, Motor, Bushings, Drive Chains, etc. - Remove, replace and mechanically splice a 24" 220 1/8 x 1/16 CR-MOR 1x75 with a SS 140 clips. - Install 2 bend pulleys, head and tail pulley. - Install 8 Stub Rollers, 15 Return Flat Rollers w/ brackets. - Reuse and install customers e-stop/ cables and tensioning devices. - Installation must be during operating hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm est.
