Pre-Proposal Conference: The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide assistance to prospective consultants in the interpretation of the Request for Proposals, Scope of Services, Sample Contract, and other technical and contractual matters. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Specific requirements for this project are contained in the attached Section I Scope of Services. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference, is not mandatory, but highly recommended. This process will continue until a satisfactory contract is negotiated, or the City exercises its right to reject all proposals.
