A Description of the Work to Be Performed is: Installation of Streetlights for Denali Street Phase II, 63rd Ave to 60th Ave, East Side of Denali. Project Includes Installation of Underground Conduit and Wiring, Pole Bases and Streetlights Per Design and City of Aurora Standards and Specifications. Bids Shall Be Made on the Forms Furnished by the Owner and Shall Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope and Endorsed With the Name of the Bidder. A Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount Will Be Required. The Bid Bond Will Be Retained by Owner as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into a Contract With the Owner in Accordance With the Bid. Bidders Must Supply a List of Subcontractors Providing $10,000 or More in Labor and/or Materials to the Project.
